This position is for a Maintenance Technician with a company in Gulfport, MS.
Summary: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN needed for busy property management company, to perform general maintenance and repairs to residential rentals.
Education and Experience: Must have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall & painting. Must have 3-5 years experience working in construction and/or property management. Must have your own tools. Must be able to diagnose problems & apply basic fixes. Must have good communication skills, manual dexterity and physical stamina. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
$16/Hour to Start
40-Hour Work Week - 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday
Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and have a clean driving record.
