Job Description:

This position directs, organizes, and manages purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and internal materials distribution. Overall responsibility for placing purchase orders, tracking of receivables, receiving inspection, inventory management and control of finished product and raw materials utilizing. Assists with new vendor onboarding and manages internal communications with multiple departments regarding material requisition and supply chain management following policies and procedures and requirements.

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be: * Procurement of goods and services necessary to conduct business. * Collaborates and communicates with suppliers and others involved in the purchasing of materials. * Generates and submits purchase orders to vendors from material requisition system. * Manages receipt and inventory of all products, materials, and supplies. * Verifies order quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications. * Log receipt of items in the system, processes packing sheets and other documents. * Performs formal receiving inspection activities against requirements and specifications, maintains material identification, traceability and status at all times in the warehouse under inventory control. * Maintains inventory and stages materials for production. * Performs routine cycle counts. * Maintains a clean, neat, and compliant receiving and inventory control area per Standard Operating Procedures. * Engages with vendors in a positive manner to sustain relationships.

Qualifications Job Requirements * Able to respond quickly and adapt to changes in priorities and direction. * Understanding of regulatory requirements of the FDA Quality System Regulation and other associated or applicable standards including ISO 13485:2016 preferred. * Strong verbal and written communications. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficient in computer skills; software-based inventory systems, and MS office tools. * Able to use receiving inspection tools such as calipers, scales, pin gages etc. * Receiving, stocking, and stacking up to 25lbs * Pulling, packing, and loading up to 25lbs * Able to work independently and within a team Experience and Education: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * 5+ years' experience in purchasing, supply chain, project management, product planning, production control, inventory management, or production/manufacturing operations is strongly preferred. * Familiarity with NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning and Arena Product Lifecycle Management software systems is preferred.
