Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Lead to join an insurance client based in Guelph. You be joining the Digital Advisory team supporting end to end delivery of Salesforce integrations from a systems lens. The team is looking for strong salesforce integration experience to ensure their individual dealer networks can properly integrate. Day to day tasks will include supporting design reviews, performing technical analysis to support the system architecture and recommending solutions/implementation changes. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce solutions by helping in developing the test plans, executing testing activities, and coordinating

user acceptance testing (UAT).

Skills and Requirements

8+ years as a technical lead, delivery lead and/or BSA consultant

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations

Experience with end to end project delivery

Detail and solution orientated

Strong communication both verbally and written with the ability to translate technical terms to laymen terms Banking or insurance background

Guidewire background

Certifications in Salesforce

Hands on experience with UKG null
