Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr Telecom Analyst to join the Telephony team at a top insurance client. This resource will be responsible for overseeing and evolving the cloud-based Genesys environment, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, web chat, and SMS messaging platforms. Day to day responsibilities include implementing data, expanding workflows, and providing on call support.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of development experience in Genesys Cloud
Experience integrating Genesys with Salesforce
End to end quality testing experience; creating test plans
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Obtained Genesys certifications (GCP, GCD, ARC, WRM, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to be on call Experience with outbound dialer initiatives null
