Danby Products Ecommerce National Sales Support in Guelph, Ontario

Under the general direction of the Business Development Manager, the E-Commerce National Sales Support is responsible for processing e-commerce customer orders and returns. This position will support the National Account Managers with sku set ups, account maintenance, forecasting, presentations, order tracking, as well as interaction with customer account contacts. Some travel to vendors, training and tradeshows may also be required. This position requires a 7:30am start time

  • Process all EDI E-commerce orders and returns for Canadian National Customers

  • Responsible for managing inventory allocations and buckets for online vendors

  • Support National Account Managers with forecasting, reporting, inventory management and other assigned duties

  • Process inventory feed for e-comm accounts to ensure items are instock and online

  • Setup and creation of new items across customer base online set up

  • Works closely with Customer Service, Warehouse and IT to ensure ecommerce orders are being shipped and processed correctly

  • Assist in preparing presentations for Sales meetings and Customer Reviews

  • Thorough knowledge of Windows based applications, particularly MS Word, Excel and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), is essential

  • Ability to understand, analyze and report on complex information, data and statistics to perform the job functions

  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner, both verbally and in written correspondence

  • Ability to utilize customer service skills to achieve high levels of satisfaction from consumers/clients

  • Ability to prioritize tasks to work in an efficient, organized, and accurate manner

  • Ability to utilize problem-solving skills daily

  • Ability to utilize coordination skills when completing inventory control and forecasting plans

  • Ability to utilize excellent judgment skills
