About the Role

As a Fraud Investigation Services Team Lead , you will be supporting our client’s customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.

As a Fraud Investigation Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities by analyzing financial records, transaction data, and other relevant documentation.

  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to gather evidence and build cases against individuals or entities involved in fraudulent activities.

  • Preparing detailed reports documenting findings, including evidence gathered, analysis conducted, and recommendations for further action.

  • Staying current with the latest fraud detection techniques, tools, and regulations to continuously enhance investigation processes and prevent future occurrences of fraud.

  • Leading a team, providing coaching, training, and support on their assigned tasks.

  • Ensuring daily compliance with service level agreements by monitoring and managing the progress of claims.

  • Reviewing control findings, conducting quality assurance assessments, and analyzing departmental reports to ensure that agents meet performance and quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify irregularities or discrepancies.

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and collaborate with colleagues or others.

  • Proven experience in management and a strong task-oriented approach

  • Have prior experience in fraud investigation, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

  • Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.

  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check and security clearance

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated pay for this role is $17.50 per hour.
