WorldNet Telecommunications Commercial Accounts Executive in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close of products. Works within the sales support teams for the achievement of customer happiness, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Effective prospecting and lead development in a daily basis.Contact prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in personal contacts, networking, and referrals to obtain appointments. Identify potential new customers through cold calling and/or canvassing within the assigned segment. oReports and tracks prospects, sales efforts, and customers interactions.Manages pipeline for speedy progression of prospects to customers.Develop the best approach/strategy to move prospects through the funnel.Schedule and hold appointments with owners, IT managers, or CFO to assess your telecommunications needs and other business challenges on a weekly basis. Including if its necessary ETS staff and / or managers as WorldNet support.Engage our ETS staff in the technical aspects of the opportunity. Presents products/services that are aligned to the customer's needs.Actively listens to othersIdentifies and agrees specific requirements through effective questioning Uncovers each prospect’s pain or problemEnsure predictable forecast every month.Closes sale by demonstrating benefit to the customer; explaining cost involved; obtaining contract signatures. Handles all elements of the account, including daily talk to the client and internal resources.Consistently comply and surpass assigned sales objectives every month.Comply in excellence with proper sales documentation & CRM system in a daily basis.Consistently comply with department overall KPI’s in order to accomplish monthly sales goals (Meet key objectives such as: Total Visits, Leads, Proposals, Closing Ratio & Quota objectives).Develop and ensure a strong business relationship with clients to maximize new business opportunities and retain them in a monthly basis.Create and maintain a system for generating customer referrals.Participate in trade shows, industry events and customer entertainment activities. Supports sales, promotional and corporate events representing the Company.Constantly learns thru trainings, seminars and other learning methods, current and new products and services from WorldNet and it's competitors for better knowledge and understanding of the needs of the markets served.Perform any other duty as required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty in excellence. A business or information technology education background would be a benefit. Five to ten years of highly successful field sales experience of complex sophisticated solution selling with Business to Business type of services and also have experience developing formal partnerships. Experience within the telecommunications and/or technology industry.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES•Competency in all professional selling skills; prospecting, planning, strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, competitive management, presenting, building value propositions, closing, relationship development, client management are a must. •Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles at the same time.•Ability to translate telecom and technology knowledge in a business solution.•Outstanding communications skills (Bilingual; oral and written) for clients’ presentations, supervisors and peers.•Implement solution-based sales strategies and uncover new business opportunities.•Service Oriented — actively looking for ways to help people.•Critical Thinking — using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.•Basic Project Management knowledge.•Advance computer knowledge able to produce high quality reports
