WorldNet Telecommunications Client Management Support Representative (Business Alliance & Wholesale) in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico

GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION: Support with Business Alliance and wholesale accounts, including government, providing all necessary information to Account Executive, customers, and prospects to offer an outstanding service. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.•Support Account Executives in the preparation and processing simple quotes (basic services and equipment requested, such as bandwidth upgrades, CPE upgrades, licenses renewals, transfers migrations and relocations among others)•Support to prepare new and renewal proposals •Prepare contracts, addendums, service orders LNP, LOA and any additional required documentation for order processing. •Audit and ensure sales documents quality, before been summited to Account Management, to minimize partials approval•Support sale executive to remove any partial pending in the system.•Audit and follow-up ETS, Transport, & marketing timeframes to deliver quotes, special pricing and on time installations. Escalate delays to assure completion. •Support on prepare and approval of Special Authorizations as needed •Request Certifications as needed as example: Bid bonds and insurance endorsements and deliver to the customer •Support the Accounting Department in case of sales audits and investigations•Support the team in the marketing events and other activities if needed•Provide first response to the customers upon demand by call or tickets •Support account executive delivering account information as needed.•Support the sales rep to gather all the information needed for the pre-sale ticket and to process account orders to advance and complete the sales cycle. •Review customer budget available to ensure the services quoted are cover.•Support executive on the process of putting together RFP’s including the final presentation •Keep track of customers contract expiration date and support the renovation process.•Support the executive to keep the customer informed of all process including calling or email the customer directly.
