Unilever Digital Commerce Lead IC EC in Guayaquil, Ecuador

PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN

This role is fundamental in the transformation strategy ( design and implementation) for the IC RTM and key to to gain more and better customers for our B2B and B2C business models in Ecuador

This role orchestrates and works across the organization (Customer operations, CD operations, Sales, CSP, IT, HR, finance) to ensure that the strategic design is aligned, coordinating efforts to bring it to life using agile methodology.

The role seeks to optimize business processes with technology and continuous improvement strategies to improve overall business performance, customer satisfaction, and customer productivity.

This role develops and performs B2C models to support the IC strategy to win in online channels.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Lead and execute the strategic vision for operational transformation, reimagining, and redesigning core processes in an agile manner to enhance operational efficiency and support the company's growth objectives.

  • Lead the redesign of route to market models, identifying and implementing innovative strategies to enhance business value and market competitiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate operational improvements seamlessly across departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • The role works closely with the Regional IC BU and leads important interactions with global team

  • Promote our business transformation from a cultural perspective to consolidate the digital footprint in the organization.

  • Accelerate IC penetration in B2B & B2C demand spaces by leading initiatives from conception to launch to improve user conversion and loyalty.

¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?

Experiencia

  • Preferred experience in IC ( not compulsory)

  • Preferred experience in Ecommerce or cd operations

  • 2+ years of project management experience

  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

  • Proven success working with all levels of management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes

  • Communication Skills: Communicate updates to processes and policies with different stakeholder across de organization

  • Financial Skills: Supporting with planning, budgeting and resource allocation for process improvement projects. Leads BC

  • Project management skills: Analysing and evaluating processes and improvements & feasibility

  • Analytical skills: it's important to have the skills to make accurate conclusions and suggest meaningful changes

As leader you will be required to:

  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers

  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables

  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
