Provide support in the integrity processes of the accounting and financial information of the company through the application of tax guidelines and corporate financial policies.

What you will do

  • Responsible for consolidating, processing and delivering timely and accurate relevant information used financially and operationally for decision making.

  • Reception and fulfillment of the monthly, quarterly and annual calendar of activities for accounting closures.

  • Monitor and ensure that the activities of the Monthly Closure are fulfilled.

  • Request and prepare the accounting items based on the analysis according to the operation.

  • Review closing numbers (NVOs and P&L, OEI).

  • Perform accounting integrations and review balance accounts.

  • Review financial statements and identify and communicate any adjustments.

  • Provide information for internal and external audits.

  • Approve and post employee expense reports and clear vendors.

  • SLI, Leasings, CNFs, 10K, Annual Survey BE-11 and Stock option.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting or Auditing, Business Administration or related

  • At least 3 years in similar positions

  • English Proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Tools and SAP management

  • Taxes from Guatemala and Central America

  • International Financial Reporting Standards
