通常情况下，您需要 :

• 通过维护现有客户关系从而进一步获取维保订单

• 作为公司业务对接人，及时响应客户咨询

• 通过销售网络、竞标投标等方式获取维保及更新改造业务订单

• 制定销售策略，从而完成销售目标并确保销售利润率

• 使用内部销售工具有效的跟踪项目进度并预估绩效指标完成情况

• 通过销售谈判促成交易，并及时完成应收款的收取

• 与团队其他销售伙伴及工地现场同事紧密合作

成功的候选人需要具备 ：

• 您拥大专及以上学历，商科或工科类专业优先，并具备相关专业知识

• 您对技术服务类的销售岗位有一定了解

• 您具有良好沟通能力及良好的客户服务意识

• 您具有较强的自我驱动能力和较强的责任心

• 您目标明确，能够适应在高度流程化的组织中工作
