岗位职责

1. 积极发现市场销售机会,大力开发高速梯渠道代理商,保持与业主、建筑设计师、

总承包、招标公司、顾问工程师以及其他工程承包商的良好合作关系,完成年度销

售计划。

2. 熟悉公司产品优势和价值定位,清楚理解并分析每个高速梯项目的业主需求,制定

满足业主需求的方案。

3. 熟练运用销售策略,价格策略和谈判技巧在满足客户需求的同时提升公司价值。

4. 掌握所负责销售区域内的市场信息 制定有效的销售预测。

5. 提供竞争对手分析,包括产品、价格及方案等方面,并根据市场及客户需求 提出改

进建议。

6. 参与制作报价、投标文件以及提交投标评审,负责商务谈判以及销售合同签订。

7. 做好与服务部、销售工程、合同管理、财务部、安装部等有关部门的协调配合工作

确保项目顺利执行,同时配合收款、订货、发货安装等环节。

8. 熟练运用销售相关系统,管理客户关系和日常销售活动。

9. 严格遵守和执行奥的斯公司的环境健康安全政策和法规、公司的安全规程,以及当

地的安全政策和法规,积极支持和参与公司的 EH&S 活动。

资质要求

1. 本科以上学历;

2. 8 年以上电梯销售经验 ,具备高速梯销售经验优先考虑

3. 能够看懂与电梯有关的土建图纸,了解电梯安装及制造所需要的尺寸;

4. 良好的沟通能力,适应力强,思路清晰,有创造力,结果导向;

5. 有一定的英语基础;

6. 计算机水平:熟练使用各办公软件。
