Description and Requirements
Responsible for overseeing product assurance, test management for Smart Device products
Lead PA labs in product and design analysis, review product validation plans for HW reliability, system functionality, compatibility, safety certification, EMC, RF, SI , Audio and Video verification
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design quality, drive development and test progress, manage risks, and achieve product excellence and user satisfaction
Establish and manage the entry and exit criteria for each stage of product development to ensure compliance with national standards, corporate standards, design specifications, PA standards Evaluate ODM capabilities, conduct qualification assessments, manage and control the entire product validation process and its results
Ability to research and evaluate new technologies, innovate in process optimization, and ensure rapid support for business.
Skill R equirements:
Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in computer, software, communication
2+ years of experience in PC/Server/Audio/Video product design or verification, and 5+ years of project management experience.
PMP certified. Exceptional project management, effective communication and strong cross-department collaboration. Possessing systematic problem-solving skills, being self-motivated and resilient, and actively engaging in work even under challenging situations
Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies, possess an innovative spirit
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Having knowledge of system design or the ability to deal with complex issues in Audio/Video, BIOS/Firmware, Driver, Reliability, Mechanical,Certification, EMC, RF or system engineering is preferred
