Eaton Corporation Payroll Analyst in Guadalupe, Mexico

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Payroll Analyst.

What you’ll do:

Prepare in a timely manner and without errors or omissions the payrolls of unionized and administrative personnel, as well as the processes that impact the payment of employees.

"• Design, document, and implement procedures to optimize payroll processes.

• Examine and verify payroll, benefits, leave, and job control information for accuracy, suitability, and documentation.

• Investigate and analyze discrepancies and processes in payroll and benefits issues and make corrections accordingly.

• Record daily incidents (vacations, time payments, leave, aid and review exceptional amounts such as overtime, shift change, disabilities, vacation bonuses, FONACOT loans, special bonuses, multiple notices, etc.).

• Registration, monitoring and administration of alimony.

• Generation and delivery of payroll receipts.

• Oversee payroll procedures developed by the central Payroll team.

• Review and debugging of staff attendance, follow-up of staff with absenteeism.

• Administration and control of the provision of food and gasoline vouchers (request for new cards and replacements, billing, etc.)

• Collaborate in the process of severance payments and attention to personnel departures.

• Cooperate in the realization of special campaigns for benefits, communication, receipt of documents, digitization of documents, generation of reports, execution of purchases and/or reports for employee discounts.

• Support in the billing process of benefit providers and others in the Human Resources area (e.g. transportation, cafeteria, insurance, etc.)

• Support in the process of receipt, registration, and follow-up of incidents by STPS.

• Participate in the development of events for the company and the area."

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance or Human or Industrial Relations from an accredited institution.

Minimum of four years of experience in payroll and incident management, preferably in a production plant.

Skills:

"• Experience in payroll processing as a Payroll analyst or similar

• Knowledge in payroll payment and incident management

• Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.

• TRESS system management

• Knowledge of FONACOT

• Knowledge of LFT, IMSS Law, Income Tax Law and applicable

• Management of Social Security systems

• Knowledge in Accounting

• Excel (pivot tables)

• Knowledge of Power BI

• Supplier management"
