The Team The Oracle Demo Services team is committed to bringing Oracle’s solutions and values to life for our customers and partners to increase sales and adoption. We do this through innovative implementations and captivating narratives which enable our sales teams to deliver best-in-class demonstrations for our complete suite of cloud applications. The Position We are looking for an experienced CX Applications Consultant to join our team and help build the demo experience for Oracle Incentive Compensation and Sales Planning. You have extensive hands-on experience in designing content, strategy and implementing software for Incentive Compensation solutions. You can actively develop and use the latest experience with incentive compensation management and sales planning solutions like Oracle, IBM, Anaplan, Varicent, Xactly, NICE, or others. You are eager to learn, experiment with new technologies and have a passion to create world class incentive compensation solutions. In addition you understand business strategies and translate those strategies to a project plan and roadmap. You are a collaborative individual that can manage multiple projects in parallel. You have excellent written and verbal English skills and can clearly articulate your design and implementation so that Oracle sales can convey your designs to customers and get them excited about Oracle’s CX Incentive Compensation and Sales Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will also understand the value of storytelling and be able to craft narratives that showcase the usability and power of Oracle’s cloud suite. They will leverage existing business process script templates to generate and present outbound collateral for consumption within Oracle and to Oracle’s partners. Knowledge and Skills + Handson experience with Incentive Compensation and Sales Planning applications + Expert attention to technical and user experience detail + Effective planning, prioritizing, and goal setting skills + Demonstrated commitment to quality + Ability to conduct research for new solutions in a virtual team across organizations + Selfdirected problem solver, proven track record of strong collaboration and communication working with business and technical stakeholders + Excellent verbal and written English communication skills + Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks is required. Technical Expertise + Advanced knowledge of cloud-based CRM/CX Implementation. + Experience with incentive compensation management and sales planning solutions like Oracle, IBM, Anaplan, Varicent, Xactly, NICE, or others. + Advanced handson capability for producing visually pleasing collateral such as Videos, Presentations, and Training materials + Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, etc. Education, Experience, and Professional Certifications + B.A or B.S. in Business, Computer Science, System Engineering, Information Systems or related field + 5 years of relevant work experience working handson SAAS Enterprise Applications + CX certification like Oracle, Salesforce or Dynamics + Cloud certifications are preferable Detailed Description and Job Requirements Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
