The HP Store is a key sales channel for the company and one where we interact with our customers to enable them with best-in-class experience to help them make buying decisions. This requires us to understand the voice of our customers, to recognize friction points and help create more seamless experiences across the purchasing lifecycle.

Subscriptions is the new growth area for HP. In support of this new business, B2C Ecommerce team is helping advance these businesses with an online subscriptions store. This is a critical role to support this business strategy.

To deliver this vision, the B2C Ecommerce Technology Solutions Organization is hiring for a key role that will be pivotal in spearheading the vision, working with key stakeholders across the digital value chain and drive these outcomes for our customers and our business.

Job Summary/ Position Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong understanding of subscription management services to drive customer solutions at scale. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders HP business teams, analytics, marketing, software engineering to define and develop best in class payments capabilities. You will be instrumental in driving the outcomes and KPIs in collaboration with these key stakeholders.

You will require thinking of the art of the possible, while being rooted in reality, and help the teams move forward to meet their goals. The person in this role will need to understand the business outcomes and the KPIs that need to be delivered to achieve these outcomes and work back to get to the results.

You will drive global strategy and define the roadmap for the subscriptions experience. You will monitor emerging trends, industry developments across digital payments industry. You will need a strong grasp and understanding of the subscriptions and transactional payments. This is a strategic role that requires the person to be the 'quarterback' in working with multiple stakeholders to drive to the end-zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to develop the ecommerce platform roadmap to drive growth and revenue.

  • Develop annual plans and quarterly increments to drive toward business objectives.

  • Identify key stakeholders to drive outcomes across various HP business units to drive results.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmap.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and enhancements.

  • Identify KPIs and metrics to drive the outcomes.

  • Partner with delivery teams to develop a delivery cadence to support achievement of these KPIs.

  • Measure outcomes and establish processes to track KPIs and outcomes.

  • Analyze data and metrics to make recommendations and present findings to executives and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience

  • Strong understanding of payment systems, platforms, technologies, and trends.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through ecommerce product management.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
