Intel Deployment Program Manager (Temporary position) in Guadalajara, Mexico

Job Description

The Platform Development team is looking for a Deployment Program Manager to work on Order/Supplier management.

Please consider this is a Temporary position (2 years).

Main responsibilities are:

  • Generate allocation analysis based on Deployment Customer priorities.

  • Generate allocation instructions to supplier.

  • Attend any Invoice problem with suppliers or Intel accounts payable department.

  • Order Management on different Intel systems.

  • Single Point of Contact with supplier for PO topics

  • Logistics follow up on Customers' orders shipments.

  • Generate and track billing reports.

  • Owns process on MRP to receive inventory transactions.

  • Upload shipments serial numbers in different Intel systems.

  • Update shipment information on Deployment tools.

  • Update program costing data.

  • Execute shipment communication with Customers.

  • Create Model record request on Intel systems.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications,

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

  • BS in Administration areas or Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

  • 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain roles such as master program scheduler, buyer, purchasing or related.

  • Intermediate to advanced English level.

Preferred qualifications,

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:

  • Program Management experience.

  • Working with ODMs on electronic design is desirable.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
