IBM Business Analyst in GUADALAJARA, Mexico

Your role and responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, gather requirements utilizing a

variety of techniques including agile principles and methodologies, document those requirements,

interface between the client and development team to ensure the requirements are being translated

into the solution accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Review existing documentation and conduct discovery sessions with key

stakeholders to uncover critical business requirements, craft use cases, and identify process

improvement opportunities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment

between innovative solutions and evolving business needs while adeptly managing expectations

  • Requirements Management: Expertly prioritize and oversee business requirements, guaranteeing

their strategic alignment with overarching organizational objectives and driving measurable value

  • Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance measures, safeguarding the precise

fulfillment of business requirements in all delivered solutions

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of

process analysis =

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in effective stakeholder management and

strategic communication

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, consistently delivering innovative solutions to complex business

challenges

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, and PowerPoint, complemented by extensive

experience with specialized business analysis tools

  • Understanding of business dynamics, enabling alignment of technical solutions with organizational

objectives

  • Familiarity with collaboration tools, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, fostering efficient

team communication
