Insight Global Pipeline Operations Supervisor in Groveport, Ohio

Job Description

Create budgets, proposals, and complete projects to maintain customer

compliance under CFR 49 Part 192

Serve as customer representative on regulatory pipeline safety inspections

and audits as required.

Provide supervision over Engineering Technicians.

Participate on project teams in the planning, design, construction, and

project management.

Interaction/communication and coordination with multidiscipline teams,

including clients, sub-contractors, various local/state/federal governing

agencies, etc.

Review reads/surveys performed by technicians.

Generate completion reports on projects and compliance activities.

Mentoring fellow employees whenever possible.

Compensation: $$65,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary.

Skills and Requirements

Field inspection and investigation work experience.

Working knowledge and experience with 49 CFR Parts 192.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English language).

Excellent organizational skills and experience in managing and maintaining

a project schedule and budget.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Discretion when dealing with confidential information.

Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.

Good record of safe work practices.

Must be able to work with a team, take direction from Operations Manager,

adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow

work rules.

Ability to complete field and office work assignments with minimal

supervision in an acceptable time frame. null
