You will be the company's first point of contact and, as such, set the tone for an individual's experience at LAZ Parking. Primary responsibilities include handling in-person and phone inquiries efficiently while ensuring that all other front-desk duties are completed accurately and promptly. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately * Assisting customers in the lanes * Change paper in the machines * Basic fixes on gates - resetting them * Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area * Other related duties as assigned EXPERIENCE: * 1-2 years in a customer service (or similar) position preferred EDUCATION: * High school degree required but not required SKILLS: * Excellent verbal communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills * High commitment to customer satisfaction * Ability to consistently maintain a pleasant, cordial composure regardless of stressful situations * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment * Well-organized approach to job responsibilities * Ability to set priorities for workload * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong internet skills using external websites * Ability to work well with team members as well as independently Physical Demands: * Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds The physical demands described here an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
