Your Impact :

As a key member of our Groton team, you will:

• Lead and Innovate : Install, monitor, and maintain cutting-edge communication equipment and systems.

• Evaluate and Enhance : Conduct comprehensive tests, certifications, and system validations, driving continuous improvement.

• Design and Develop : Craft and refine test procedures, contributing to the evolution of our ECS.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain an Active Secret Clearance

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret US Government Clearance.

• Ten (10) years of practical experience and High School diploma/GED OR Six (6) years practical experience AND an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology, math, or science; or Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications; or four-year electronics apprentice program.

• Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software.

• Ability to travel, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Top Secret US Government Clearance.

• Previously held Top Secret US Government Clearance.

Service Contract Act (SCA) Compensation & Benefits:

This is an hourly, overtime-eligible position that falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act. The amount you are entitled to receive will vary depending upon the fringe benefits you select now and in the future.
