Job Description

At Danfoss we are currently looking for an HR Professional Talent Sourcing person to join our Global Talent Attraction Team. The position is based in Poland, at Grodzisk Mazowiecki and it can be hybrid or remote.

In this position you will identify and attract talents proactively for a wide range of positions, from Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Software Development and Corporate Function roles across key Danfoss markets around the globe.

Job Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Be working closely within the Global Talent Attraction Team with two other colleagues focusing on Talent Sourcing and together provide long-list and short-list sourcing for various roles across Danfoss.

  • Your responsibility will be to utilize market data insights & sourcing tools to identify and activate candidates for specific active recruitments as well as for long-term pipeline building.

  • You are one of the first points of contact for active and passive candidates and represent Danfoss as an employer of choice. To be successful in our sourcing efforts you continuously review key success criteria and material used along the sourcing process and optimize them accordingly.

  • After identifying and activating suitable candidates you transfer them to the continued Talent Acquisition process and ensure a smooth candidate experience along this critical first phase of the candidate journey.

  • Along these processes you start actively building your network, creating an excellent candidate experience while also keeping an ear on the candidate market.

  • You use data from our systems & tools to carefully observe sourcing related market trends and to generate useful reports to consult within our Talent Acquisition organization.

Background & Skills

To work on this position you:

  • Hold a university degree in business, psychology, sociology, or an equivalent educational background with first experience in Active Sourcing, ideally in an international context.

  • Have a good understanding of talent acquisition processes, candidate experience and sourcing activities.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Good knowledge of relevant tools & systems (e.g. LinkedIn tools).

  • Ability to make use of data, derive actions and recommendations.

  • First experience in working in global environment and navigating matrix organization.

  • Well-structured and organized approach to projects.

  • Very good communication and networking skills.

  • Very good English language skills, any additionally language is a plus.

  • Good Polish language would be an asset.
