TEKsystems Patient Care Coordinator in Grimes, Iowa


  • Take inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

  • Coordinate patient, medical, and insurance records in a timely manner

  • Enter orders accurately

  • Handle routine pateitn questions

  • Answer the telephone and disburses calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. Conveys messages accurately and appropriately.


  • Medical, Patient Access Reprensentative, Billing, Insurance, patient care, care coordination, claim, insurance verfications, patient benefits, healthcare, office experience, inbound and outbound calls, managed care, call center, customer service


  • Good communication skills

  • Comfortable with inbound and outbound phone calls

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new softwares

  • Experience with insurance verification preferred

  • Healthcare experience preferred

  • High school diploma required
