Must have the ability to work any shifts and any days.
We operate 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
This may include rotating shifts – day, evening, night.
We Will Train
The main purpose and function of the Mill Operator is operate the mill with the appropriate grinding, transfer system and/or crushing equipment to attain maximum efficiency while producing a quality product.
Understanding of operational parameters for equipment
Constant monitoring of all system to keep them running smoothly
Ability to recognize changes or problems within the system and correct it
Take accurate reading, measurements, and record on proper reports.
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Other duties as assigned.
You must:
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Be able to stand, climb several sets of stairs through shift, and walk for 8-10 hours per day.
Have basic math and computer skills.
Good communication skills
General Plant experience preferred but will train
