Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance & Reliability Manager position is responsible for leading Maintenance and Reliability programs at site. Focusing on the need to have an effective and efficient operation. Apply knowledge and experience to ensure continuous improvement in optimizing the company's physical assets and maintenance and reliability processes and strategies
Lead maintenance & reliability team to effective and efficient organization.
Develop and execute projects, based on need for replacement, EHS or cost savings.
Manage base level spending and define priorities and time lines based on Cargill’s policies and procedures for project management.
Apply knowledge and experience to ensure continuous improvement to optimize the company's physical assets and maintenance and reliability processes and strategies.
Coordinate and integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.
Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.
Leading maintenance supervision and utilities maintenance in shutdown, plan for predictive maintenance, support process, utility supervisors with engineering solutions, Supporting functions
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or other relevant engineering field
Min. 10 years of experience in management in maintenance and engineering
Strong knowledge and aptitude of mechanical & electrical engineering, project engineering processes and standards
Leadership, management, and organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with computerized maintenance processes and tools (e.g. maximo, SAP PM, etc)
Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills
