About the role
Develop and establish FSMS (Food Safety Management System) : PrP (GMP & SSOP), HACCP, Allergen, Food Defense
Key responsibilities include
Document Control (Establish QA document, register other department’s doc to the DMS, create, monitor and update Document Master Data)
Internal Audit (Halal, GMP, Food Safety System) and FSS Audit
Pest Control Management (Evaluate the Vendor, monitoring weekly inspection, facilitate pest awareness, review the pest control performance every month)
Non Conformity Handling (EoR, CAPA, Quality customer complaint problem solving)
Halal Assurance System (Establish system, implement, monitoring, new raw material assessment, cerol, certification)
Equipment Calibration (monitor the calibration realization & review the calibration result)
Maintain and perform internal training related to Quality System
Updating Regulatory Information
Meeting and Coordination
Improvement (Quality Culture Initiative)
Bachelor or master in Food Science or Engineering or equivalent. Fluent in local language. Mastering of English a requirement
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety in an international food, pharmaceutical or feed company.
Experience in auditing, Project Management.
Knowledge of Food Safety management, HACCP management, GMPs (Hygiene practices, Sanitation, Environmental Monitoring, Pest Control etc), GFSI certification schemes (BRC, FSSC 22000).
