As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day production operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Sr. ISC Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Greer, SC location. In this role, you will impact production processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure on-time delivery of products, and maintain a safe working environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our aerospace manufacturing facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, managing the production team, and ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of high-quality Aerospace Components. Key Responsibilities:

Manage operations floor staff to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.

Develop and execute strategies for optimizing value stream flow and operational efficiency.

Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions for timely delivery.

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and resolve operational issues.

Promote lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and training.

Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment.

Foster teamwork, open communication, and employee development.

Coordinate with engineering for new product introduction and process improvements.

Lead cross-functional projects for operational excellence and strategic goals.

Ensure compliance with Quality management systems like ISO9001 and AS9100D.

Foster employee engagement, development, and recognition.

Uphold company values and ethical standards as a role model.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

MUST HAVES:

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

7+ years’ experience in leading projects or teams in an Aerospace Manufacturing Industry.

Proficiency in using manufacturing methods, productivity tools, and SAP.

Strong Leadership and Communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Proficiency in the use of RCCA Methodology to identify root causes and resolve problems.

Ensure production employees comply with HSE company policies and regulations.

WE VALUE:

3 plus years’ experience in production/people leader role in an Aerospace Industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.

Experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

Proven ability to manage 25 to 50 production employees.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
