We are looking for a Electronics Assembly Technician for our client's 1st shift - direct hire role Benefits from day one including profit sharing, 401k, medical, dental insurance, bonuses and more! Experience:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related field

  • High level knowledge and experience with hand and power tools

  • mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude

  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills on the job

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings

  • Problem-solving skills with great attention to detail

  • Desire to multitask in a fast-paced, often-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Assembly of electrical and mechanical devices comprising a complete Weld Control as well as subassemblies for those controls.

  • Measuring, cutting, crimping, and soldering of wire harnesses

  • Following engineering drawings and SOPs

  • The use of various hand and power tools, as well as measurement equipment to include micrometers, and calipers

  • Occasional shearing, sawing, drilling, punching, or tapping holes in sheet metal

  • Maintain clean and safe work area

  • Manage time effectively and efficiently

The essential functions of this role include:

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

  • Circuit Board Assembling (2 years of experience is required)

  • Blueprint Reading (2 years of experience is required)

  • Soldering

Qualifications

  • Years of experience: 2 years

  • Experience level: Experienced
