TEKsystems Part-time Customer Service Representative in Greenwood Village, Colorado

TEKsystems has a new opportunity for a fully-remote outbound customer service representative. Please apply if you have prior customer service experience, are comfortable with making mostly outbound calls, and have a quiet workspace.

This position starts as an 12-week contract with the potential to be brought back for future projects.

Description:

-Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response

-This is a contested proxy meeting where one side has said I don’t believe management is doing the right thing for the shareholders, and we need to fire them and here are the replacements to run the Board of Directors to replace management.

-The job is to say that the information you received asking you to vote is not accurate, and they are not caring about you as an individual investor. They will then direct them where they can vote moving forward.

-Getting the message out that says ignore what you are getting from the other side, management has your best interest in mind.

-30 calls/hour using autodialer, lots of voicemails, approximately 240 outbound calls each 8 hour shift.

  • 6pm-11pm EST M-Th and Saturday 12pm-6pm EST, approximately 26 hours/week

All hours are EST time

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

-HS Diploma or GED required

-6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, etc. experience

Equipment Requirements:

-MacBook or Windows (10 or 11)

-Wired Headset

-A second monitor

-Internet Speed: 50 upload/10 download

Entry Level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
