Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial industry, located in south Denver. We are in search of an Assistant Controller to effectively manage and oversee our accounting functions. This role is integral to our team, requiring a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting software systems, accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and billing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems to ensure efficient financial operations.

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions to maintain financial health.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial transactions.

• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial records.

• Manage billing functions to guarantee accurate invoicing and timely payments.

• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements • Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures.

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Knowledge of Auditing practices.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions.
