Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in Greenwood, South Carolina. This role will primarily focus on accounts payable and receivable, record management, and expense management across two plants. The successful candidate will be expected to work in office and will report to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Management of accounts payable and receivable

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry

• Handle expense management for approximately 20 individuals across two plants

• No payroll processing required, but will be responsible for managing two general ledger accounts

• Assist in preparing reports for the CFO

• Collaborate with an external payroll team for garnishments/tax etc.

• Provide sales support when necessary

• Daily tasks will involve a significant amount of data entry in QuickBooks, including receipt logging and tracking, invoice payments, and cheque writing.

Skills:

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, and Journal Entries

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Ability to Complete Expense Reports and Coding Invoices
