Neovia Logistics Administrative Clerk Shift 1 in Greenwood, Indiana

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, picking and possess strong organizational skills. This position is for dynamic warehouse environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

  • Assist with customer support inquiries and provide timely responses

  • Handle order entry tasks accurately and efficiently

  • Picking orders/finding parts as needed

  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma

  • 1 - 3 years’ relevant experience.

  • Ability to read/write and interpret documents.

  • Associates Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent.

  • Warehouse experience.

  • Logistics experience.

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • SAP knowledge

  • UPS/Fedex Website knowledge/familiar with how to use the system

  • Ability to use Excel and Outlook

  • Customer service skills, there is a lot of client interaction

  • Warehouse environment – no-air conditioned warehouse (hot in the summer, cool in the winter).

  • Will be on using the computer a majority of the time

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

  • Picking orders/finding parts as needed

  • Not a completely stationary job
