Responsibilities:
- Operate saw machinery to cut wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine cutting requirements.
- Maintain accurate measurements and ensure cuts are precise to meet quality standards.
- Inspect saw blades and equipment for proper functioning, performing routine maintenance and blade changes as needed.
- Identify defects or inconsistencies in materials and report them to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure the work area is clean and free of hazards.
- Assist in other production tasks as needed to support the team.
