Description: Site Integration Facilities Manager

Location: Greenville SC

What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Facilities and Integration Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Site Integration Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all site facilities and infrastructure. Your leadership will be key in supporting our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the management and maintenance of a wide range of equipment and buildings to support seamless manufacturing operations.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Facilities Maintenance team and Facilities Engineers, ensuring that projects are prioritized and executed effectively across all three shifts

- Oversee budget management and resource allocation, ensuring optimal use to align with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and support our site’s operational capabilities.

- Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization by taking on additional duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

- Aviation and Manufacturing Industry Experience

- Leadership experience in an Operations environment

- Project Management experience

- Experience managing cost and schedule

- Experience/Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Programs

Risk and Opportunity Management

Earned Value Management experience

Experience working, integrating or leading in flight line operations

Demonstrated ability to think, act and drive actions towards strategy

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
