Job Description:

Fluor is seeking a Senior Project Director – Symbotic to lead and manage the delivery of automation engineering projects. The position will make decisions impacting clients, budgets, procedures, and work practices. The successful candidate will have specific knowledge and experience including the installation of automated warehouse equipment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinates, deploys and prioritizes resources across automation projects to manage coordination costs and risks

• Oversees entire lifecycle of the automation project, from planning and design to execution and completion

• Provides regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders

• Manages project schedules, budget, quality, technical efforts and employees

• Makes strategic and tactical decisions on the need for individual projects

• Maintains the efficiency of important aspects of the project such as design, engineering, planning, project controls and budget

• Analyzes situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action

• Maintains compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and global standards

• Adheres to and supports Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies

• Other duties as assigned
