Recruiting Solutions is seeking Production Operatorsfor one of the largest manufacturers of roof flashings and accessories inPiedmont, SC!This position offers 8 hour shifts, temp to hire opportunity, andstarting pay of $18per hour. Production OperatorBenefits:

Production OperatorResponsibilities:
- Measuring material and pattern cutting
- Sheet metal work including shearing, punching, bending, grinding, chop saw, soldering, band saw, etc.
- Plastic membrane work including cutting, forming, and welding
- Assisting with shipping and receiving as necessary
- Safety awareness of machinery and workplace
- Physical checks of production andquality control
- Cross train
- Other duties as assigned
Production OperatorRequirements and Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanically inclined
- Operate hand tools such as a grinder, drill, skill saw, and other common small tools
- Previous shop labor or sheet metal experience
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Computer skills
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Work well with a team and positive attitude
