Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Greenville, South Carolina

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry at our location in GREENVILLE, South Carolina. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our organization. Your duties include offering administrative support across the organization, coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, and maintaining office directories.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative tasks.

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.

• Attend to incoming phone calls, redirect them when necessary, and operate a switchboard.

• Accept deliveries, ensuring they reach the appropriate staff.

• Maintain office directories and assist in their organization.

• Provide additional administrative support, such as data entry and research, as needed to other staff members.

• Use your Spanish Language skills to assist in communication with Spanish-speaking clients.

• Employ your experience in Receptionist Duties to enhance the efficiency of front desk operations. Requirements • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare, hospitals or social assistance industry is highly desirable

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Spanish language is required

• Must have experience with receptionist duties, including handling phone calls and managing appointments

• Should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner

• Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary

• Must have a customer-focused attitude and enjoy interacting with patients and their families

• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a plus

• Must be able to work in a team environment, demonstrating respect and professionalism towards colleagues and patients.
