Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Greenville, South Carolina. The primary focus of this role will be to manage the processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices. This role operates within the industry of finance and accounting, requiring precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports.

• Monitor discount opportunities on vendor invoices.

• Prepare Accounts Payable checks and ACH batches.

• Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.

• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

• Maintain and file Accounts Payable Records.

• Report sales taxes payable by calculating requirements on paid invoices.

• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

• Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Ability to perform Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Check Runs

• Knowledge of Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Experience with Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle

• Knowledge of QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP

• Experience in Track Inventory

• Knowledge of Warehouse Inventory
