Boviet Solar Quality Control Team Leader - In Processing in Greenville, North Carolina

**SUMMARY: Responsible for quality control of module products, product inspection and abnormality handling, ensure that the product quality objectives are effectively achieved.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the teams work plan and objectives based on the companys overall plans and objectives and ensure the implementation of the teams work plan and achievement of the objectives.
  • Prepare product inspection standards and procedures based on product process standards, and ensure inspection is carried out according to the standards and procedures.
  • Responsible for the organization of IPQC and FQC with strict quality control .
  • Organize evaluation of defective products, and follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
  • Responsible for the handling, coordination, follow-up and resolution of customer complaints on product quality.
  • Supervise the implementation of process technology documents and product quality data statistics and analysis.
  • Complete all the tasks temporarily assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: *Education:*

  • Associate Degree or above

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 year of related experience in quality control in manufacturing plants.

*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: *

  • Professional knowhow in comprehensive quality management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
