**SUMMARY: Responsible for the achievement of KPIs such as yield, quality and safety of the process under his/her jurisdiction. Maintain stable production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the production of the responsible process section, supervise the production progress, ensure the production plan is carried out safely, with quality and on time.
• Fill out the material requisition based on the production orders, obtain the approval and arrange subordinates to get the materials.
• Ensure operation in strict accordance with the operation procedures, correct violations in a timely manner, provide the basis for the assessment.
• Inspect the functioning of equipment and notify the equipment department for repair and maintenance.
• Master the production process and equipment operation skills, and put forward production improvement proposals.
• Check with the warehouse on the products into the warehouse in the shift, check the yield rate, scrap and other KPI indicators.
• Lead the crew to comply with the rules and regulations, monitor correct wearing of PPE, monitor area 6S management.
• Responsible for the reasonable deployment of the crew.
• Shift handover, fill out the "shift handover record form" in accordance with the provisions, and report to the shift supervisor.
• Organize pre-shift and post-shift meetings, training, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
