Kelly Services Financial Coordinator in Greenville, North Carolina

Kelly Services is looking for a talented Finance Coordinator to join a fast paced team and dive into an exciting industry- Robotics!

This role will provide support to the internal finance staff related to order processing, invoicing, inventory tracking, and general project accounting.

It can be complicated and small errors can be very expensive and damaging. This is a fast paced position with a large number of interruptions.

The Finance Coordinator Will Provide the Following Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Robotics & Automation finance team in executing and recording financial transactions

  • Review orders and individual transactions; resolve issues with appropriate HYG departments.

  • Track product availability/inventory and ensure clarity with sales teams

  • Coordinate order attachments or other 3rd party items needed to fulfill the order.

  • Help support the back-office functions necessary to operate our business

  • Support the order process, follow-up on issue resolution when needed

  • Review open orders for changes

  • Perform account reconciliations as needed

  • Maintain various Excel spreadsheets

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS degree preferred, Accounting is a plus

  • 2 year degree with 2+ years of experience

  • 5-7 years of experience with no degree

  • Manufacturing or Logistics, or Transportation knowledge needed

  • Must have good organization skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office Suite – particularly Excel)

  • Excellent Written, Verbal and Oral Communication
