Scott Electric Account Payable Clerk in Greensburg, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Scott Electric has a current opening in our Greensburg PA branch for an AP Clerk.

Responsibilities include:

Billing and invoice reconciliation, posting payments to customer accounts, maintaining financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts, preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals, correcting errors by posting adjusting journal entries, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Qualifications:

-Accuracy and attention to detail

-Excellent Math skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Data Entry

-Must have good communication skills/ phone skills

-Must pass background check and drug screen.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to work independently

  • Computer skills:

-Excel and Word experience a must!
