A day in the life of a Systems Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Operations at VF looks a little like this.

The Systems Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Operations will play a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Operations team by facilitating efficient recruitment and onboarding processes and providing essential administrative support. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Support Recruitment Operations:

  • Assist in coordinating and executing recruiting and onboarding support activities, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, and hiring managers.

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support the preparation of recruitment and onboarding materials.

  • Manage the background check process system and facilitate the screening process and adjudication steps accordingly.

  • Create and manage prospect and candidate email campaigns, recruiting landing pages, and other tasks as needed.

  • Data Management and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and provide reports on recruitment metrics to provide insights into process effectiveness.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards to visualize recruitment performance and trends.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Support efforts to standardize and optimize recruitment workflows across regions.

  • Assist with Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team members to implement best practices.

  • Onboarding System Support

  • Facilitate and audit system functionality that supports the onboarding process for new hires, including monitoring and following up on electronic paperwork completion, I9 processes, USCIS Case Management, and other tasks as necessary.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Support initiatives for data privacy and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruitment practices.

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager and regional talent acquisition teams to ensure alignment and consistency in recruitment processes.

  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive operational excellence.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1 + years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

  • Understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to apply standardized rules and procedures.

  • Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address straightforward issues.

  • Ability to convey information clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Support the achievement of team goals through personal initiative and effort.

  • Plan and manage individual workload, assessing progress and making adjustments to meet objectives.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

  • Up to one year of related experience in HR or recruitment operations

Hiring Range :

$22.60 USD - $28.25 USD per hour

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
