You would belong to the North America Purchasing Project Management Vehicle team, one of the areas within the North America Purchasing Project Management team. This is how you could make an impact

As Senior Project Manager, Purchasing - Vehicle Projects you will lead teams of purchasing resources such as Buyers and Supplier Quality Engineers to secure your projects' purchasing deliverables at each gate. You will be accountable for your projects of all purchasing activities such as sourcing, cost, purchasing level time-plan, supplier timing, quality assurance (APQP process), and Phased PPAP, through robust planning, risk management, and escalation, delivering cross-functional product development projects to contribute to Supply Resiliency over the product lifecycle.

Within the Supply Network Resiliency & Project Management Department, you will work in close collaboration with colleagues to secure a readiness at product launch and therefore contribute to our customer success.

You will report to the Head of Vehicle Project Management North America, and will be based out of Greensboro, NC.

• 5+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Manufacturing, and/or Product Development

• 7 - 10 years of Project Management experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired

• Truck/Automotive industry experience

• Proficient in Microsoft office

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent working experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
