Cone Health Organizational Effectiveness Consultant in Greensboro, North Carolina
The Organizational Effectiveness Consultant will partner with Cone Health leaders to assess, design, and implement organizational effectiveness solutions to support key business objectives and goals across the system. Talent Pools: Corporate Services/Professional
#1 Provides strategic leadership by planning, coaching, offering facilitation and consultation services to teams and leaders in designing and implementing strategies for solving complex organizational or Human Resource challenges, using Organizational Development methods, procedures, and tools to implement solutions, and continuously improving strategies, structures, and systems for the organization.
#2 Actively leads and continually improves the Cone Health Coaching initiative. Leads efforts related to coach certification, coach education and coach /client matching. Demonstrates a ROI for the coaching effort.
#3 Demonstrates a strong understanding and has a solid level of experience with a variety of personality assessments.
#4 Demonstrates a strong understanding of all aspects of change and transition management.
#5 Consistently contracts with clients and follows through with customers to ensure satisfaction with deliverables measured through appropriate ROI / ROE.
#6 Provides exceptional customer service skills both to internal and external customers, individually and as part of the organizational development team, by phone, electronically and in person. Role models iCARE.
EDUCATION:
Required:
Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Curriculum Design, Organizational Development, Leadership Studies, Human Resources or other relevant fields is required.
Preferred:
Masters degree in Business, Education, Curriculum Design, Organizational Development, Leadership Studies, Human Resources or other relevant fields is strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Minimum 3 years experience in organizational development and/or learning / development or
3 years experience in performance improvement and/or coaching or
3 years experience in facilitating a variety of leadership development and/or performance improvement programs.
3 years experience working with leaders and driving organizational improvement
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare setting strongly preferred.
Experience performance consulting for C-suite audiences preferred.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Experience with 360 assessments.
Coaching Certification
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Certification in tools commonly used by an OE practitioner such as DiSC, FiroB, SDI, etc. is required
