The Mechatronics Engineer will leverage their expertise to develop efficient spare parts, service, and repair solutions, ensuring optimal vehicle uptime and maintenance.

Job Title: Mechatronics Engineer

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay Range: $46 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Develop and optimize spare parts solutions needed for technical repairs of vehicles.

• Design, adapt, and document repair methods and standard times for components, systems, and vehicles.

• Develop and document specialized tools required to perform repair methods.

• Lead internal technical reviews to ensure coherence in spare parts, repair methods, and standard times, while adhering to safety and quality objectives.

• Collaborate with Product Development Engineering to share market learnings and product performance insights to enhance vehicle uptime.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Practical experience in developing and optimizing spare parts solutions, repair methods, and standard times for components, systems, and vehicles.

• Strong skills in data analytics and the ability to use machine learning and business intelligence to drive efficiencies and improve decision-making.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ for developing automation solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
