What you will do

Our project managers are people-focused and value-driven. In this Lead Project Management role, you will drive impactful decisions, communicate efficiently with different levels of the organization, and represent the Complete Vehicle organization in eMobility forums, design reviews, and clinics.

You will:

• Lead and manage eMobility project planning – developing and optimizing the Verification and Validation tests, ensuring Vehicle Features and applicable regulatory requirements are met

• Develop and initiate eMobility test requests, aligning with the Complete Vehicle Feature requirements

• Deliver eMobility project requirements with QDCF: Quality, on-time Delivery, on-target Cost, and vehicle Feature targets fulfillment

• Identify necessary resources and related costs to execute the Verification and Validation plan of eMobility components, systems, and functions

• Lead Complete Vehicle eMobility Feature reviews and status to local and global stakeholders

• Facilitate and grow collaboration with cross-functional departments, including eMobility, Cab, Chassis, Powertrain, and Vehicle Technology

Complete Vehicle translates the soul of the brand to a product message, designs the products and services, delivers all truck and component builds, develops niche products and aftermarket solutions, and verifies and validates the products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred

• 8-12+ years’ experience in eMobility / electrification products, e.g., batteries and power electronics, high voltage systems

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with successful track record of project execution

• Ability to manage multiple projects with dynamic priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Experience in vehicle verification and validation

• Quality tool skills (Risk Analysis, FMEA, Project Assurance Quality)

• Ability to travel as needed
