Job Description & Summary
A career in Information Security, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and support our internal security technologies and services across the entire global and local PwC network. Youll focus on being the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing information technology including hardware, software, and networks that enhances security of internal information and protect our firms intellectual assets.
This position will be part of PwC IT Services (US) LLC, a member of the PwC network of firms. This role supports all PwC firms comprising the global network of PwC firms. This role provides hands-on Level 3+ design, implementation and configuration support for CyberArks Privileged Access Manager solution. Our PAM team is at the forefront of designing, developing, testing and implementing identity solutions that control and minimize PwCs attack surface, protect our clients data and secure our intellectual property.

4 year(s) of experience specifically within a deployment/build and upgrade role for the CyberArk Privileged Access Manager solution.

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:
Deploying, upgrading, operating, administering and maintaining CyberArks Privileged Access Manager solution (full suite);
Configuring CPM plug-ins (processes and prompts) and PSM connection components;
Having attention to detail and an ability to interact and work with customers directly;
Demonstrating knowledge of the CyberArk API and PACLI;
Understanding authentication and authorization concepts including LDAP, MFA, Active Directory, SAML and RADIUS;
Proving ability with Microsoft Active Directory, groups, group policy objects and service accounts, Microsoft Windows Server OS and using diagnostic tools (process monitor, event viewer, debug) to troubleshoot, and Microsoft IIS;
Understanding identity and access management (IdAM) concepts (i.e. identity system of truth, user provisioning, accounts, entitlements, roles, access certifications, segregation of duties);
Knowing Network OSI Layers, DNS, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, and syslog;
Understanding of Firewall policies;
Managing Load Balancing and/or Traffic management;
Having knowledge of Certificates and ITIL concepts (i.e. incident, request, change, problem, configuration items);
Working in a fast-paced environment with changing and shifting priorities, non-standard hours including weekends and/or after business hours, and be part of the on-call schedule;
Designing, implementing, configuring, and operating multiple instances of CyberArks Privileged Access Manager solution, hosted on-premises and in the cloud;
Understanding requirements to operate in PwC operational tools, cloud and DevOps platforms;
Drafting, publishing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation required to design, implement, configure, and operate CyberArks PAM solution;
Drafting detailed implementation and backout plans, identifying dependencies and coordinating across multiple teams to implement complex changes;
Planning changes that minimize or eliminates impact to the CyberArk service;
Reviewing and understanding release notes for CyberArks PAM solution;
Demonstrating analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
Comparing and assessing data across different sources to make observations from it;
Demonstrating curiosity for PwC technologies;
Reviewing system and application logs to identify errors and issues;
Showcasing the ability to identify and communicate non-standard or non-compliant configurations;
Opening and managing support cases on the CyberArk customer portal;
Adhering to all PwC ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Problem, etc);
Drafting and editing weekly end-user or service wide impact communications; and,
Adhering to operational and service level agreements for the teams support/assignment queue in ServiceNow.

Compensation range: $127,000 - $199,000 and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and where the applicant resides within California.

Compensation range: $111,500 - $174,500 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
