Bell Partners is seeking to hire a summer intern to support our Human Resource team. The preferred candidate must be a Business Administration enthusiastic and HR-driven student (or related degree) that is prepared to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment, gaining experience and knowledge in various aspects of Human Resources.

Over the course of the internship, you will assist members of our Employee Relation and Talent Acquisition team with assigned initiatives and projects such as data analysis to recognize trends, employee relations, supporting recruiting efforts, and administrative HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities: You will be joining our Human Resources Team to...

  • Support with department projects and initiatives

  • Assist with screening potential employee’s resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies

  • Partner with HR Managers on Employee Relations

  • Analyze data to identify trends, recommend proactive measures to address the trends, and present to the HR leadership team

  • Identify training needs for the business, prepare materials, and assist with delivering training

In our internship role you will need:

  • You must be a student currently pursuing a degree in a business or HR field of study

  • Be available to work 40 hours per week for 9 weeks during the summer

  • Have at least 1 semester left (post-internship)

  • Eager to learn and grow professionally

  • Strong communicator/influencer with the ability to work with a diverse team

  • High learning agility and able to formulate adequate solutions in complex situations

  • Must be hands-on with a bias for action and be flexible to meet the needs of our growing company
