Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a graphic designer based in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role involves creating and managing design assets for various channels, including packaging, sales materials, and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative team, delivering compelling design solutions, and ensuring brand and packaging standards are meticulously maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Create a diverse range of design assets from concept to completion across various channels such as packaging, sales materials, marketing campaigns, and more.

• Collaborate with a team of designers to deliver compelling design solutions.

• Maintain brand and packaging standards with a high level of attention to detail.

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects with overlapping due dates to ensure timely delivery.

• Develop design solutions for packaging systems, including segmentation, color palettes, icons, and treatments.

• Produce digital-ready and print-ready production art files.

• Build 2D and 3D image assets that reflect the application of concepts.

• Deliver assets and presentation decks following established templates.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud programs -- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop -- to create and edit designs.

• Work with print vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality deliverables. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is required.

• Experience in creating advertisements to increase brand awareness.

• Ability to design brochures, flyers, and other print materials.

• Skilled in digital design, including email design, social media graphics, and landing page design.

• Familiarity with packaging and labeling design, including design packages and packaging design.

• Proficient in the use of design techniques for 2D drawing and 2D illustration.

• Knowledge of 3D design techniques.

• Experience in creating presentation graphics and display advertising.

• Ability to create digital designs suitable for various platforms.

• Extensive understanding of graphic design principles.

• Experience in creating social media graphics to engage online audiences.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong creative abilities to design visually appealing graphics.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

• Knowledge of current industry trends and ability to incorporate these into designs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.

• Ability to receive and implement feedback to improve design outcomes.
